Preparing for a visit to The Glen
When your young person is allocated a stay at The Glen, it is important to us that they know what to expect before they arrive. We want them to feel like it is a home away from home. To this end, we have prepared a short guide for your young person to read before they arrive. We have included photos of our rooms, our staff and our outside spaces. Please ensure that your young person is familiar with this guide prior to any stay at The Glen.
We have also prepared a Parent Guide which includes lots of important information relating to your young person's stay at The Glen. This includes our contact information, complaints procedure, and a useful FAQ section. We recommend that all parents / carers read this prior to their young person's stay at The Glen. You will be given a printed copy of this guide and it is a good idea to keep it in a safe place for future reference or for use in an emergency.
